Nosey Nella Parkbottom: Umm, well.. the little clip that holds the bulb down in place got damaged so It will blind the enemy, but yes, it will also spin out at any party member unfortunately, i can't do anything about it because the clip broke off.. Unless you are wearing a blind shield to protect you from the flash. |
Nosey Nella Parkbottom: No, because I thought I was just going along to observe and write up a report. I'm a reporter, not a combat soldier. + Loana slaps her head. Equpping the weakest Party member up with Media Weapons. + Nella can only be equipped if she goes to the Information Bureau Newsroom on Telos, there she can use the Vendo-Matic Reporter Machine to buy the Device which will allow her to toss Film Reels at her enemies. She won't know this at this point of the storyline in the game that she has this ability, but that's where she has to go into in order to upgrade to a new device other than her useless little camera. If she gets the device, then the reels will pop up in urns and chest or treasure areas. But she has to buy the upgrades to unlock them first at the vendor-matic Heavy Duty Reporter machine. The machine will also give a promo about how reporters need to protect themselves in this vicious world of media. Standard Reel (hit the enemy and does damage but film reel stays intact) Combustible (explodes on impact and cause fire damage.) Spiked (does damage to enemies) Poison (does poison damage) Unraveller (binds the enemy all up for a limited period of time so they can't move. V-Delta (It will send green energy beams around the enemies and link them all up and then explode all the beams. A device that takes out one or more enemy groups. (Costs half a million credits). May have a cooldown timer. Specials Upgrades at Vendor Matic Upgrade Machine Reel Blaster - Once launched, film reel will spin in the air and flash out the screen, doing up to 10,000 or more damage that are within range. Boomer Drop - Cameras will fall down and hit enemies on the heads doing up to 3000 damage to all within range. Improved Camera - Really is a Flash Grenade and will blind one or more enemies that are within its range. |
