Melchak Guard #4: Well you are all listed and your names are registered. Congratulations you are now new citizens of Melchak. Ask the Guard some questions. Ask a personal question on family Ask him to join your crew Ask why is he standing by the corner Walk to Melchak Guard #5 standing by the store building Walk to Melchak Guard #6 standing aloof by the sidewalk area |
Melchak Guard #4: Mech is the root command for listing all our citizens here on Melchak, after all we are quite an advanced technological race. I'm sure you was impressed by the window shield we have around our planet to stop outsider ships from getting in. The perfect deterrent for those who try to dock illegally here on our planet. That's why we put the shield there.
|
Melchak Guard #4: Certainly. The only thing that changes on Melchak is your names. The council did away with the suggestion to try to merge everybody into the system, so we allow them their individuality while they are citizens here. But we do expect our citizens to abide by the rules of our world. You can find further information on this at the information booth by the droid over there.

Loana: Nella, there's no such thing as catching stray polys in this engine. Its not a disease. Every mesh has a limited amount of polys to it. Its impossible for meshes to catch stray polys that are not part of it. There is no such thing as transferring polys around in the engine to cause weighting problems for actor pawns.
|
Commander: Because I'm the commander, there is a real threat of this being a possibility. Nella has been around this quadrant, so she might know something we don't. Nella what world did you encounter this phenomenon on where meshes were catching stray polys and it was causing them issues in sticking to the player. |
Nosey Nella Parkas: It was in Vega III system. On one of the planets that me and my boss had encountered that strange phenomenon. I tried to tell the others that it existed, but they don't believe me. Ah yes I remember now, it was on Planet Xocit. That planet also changes your weighting so one minute you could be walking fine on it and the next find yourself floating. The gravity changes every now and again.
|
Rex: I think not, the place is making me giddy just thinking about it. Weightless on the planet and just floating around like blimps. Not what I had in mind. However I believe the commander that if the mesh can have things stuck to it on that planet then that could
echo. cause problems also for the ship if it lands down on it. |
Janice Worse For Wear: Computer, do you have anything on Planet Xocit. Description of planet, average, weightless gravity that alternates every now and again, and adds ploys to meshes when they come into contact with its atmosphere. Do you have any thing on record of any ships visiting it. Rex is considered that it might cause problems for the ship.
