To get this system to show up in the scan of the Theta Expanse , you need the "improved Ship scanner." and a total of 4 memory cores otherwise it will never show up in the scans.. You will be running around in endless circles bouncing from system to system like a pinball machine if you don't upgrade your ship !!

Loana: Erm we are the new council Student members, I'm Valerie just recently joined. (Hands Holo Pad.) |

Council Member #2: Looks at Holo Pad. Ah yes, we were expecting some new arrivals
to the council. you must be the new graduates from the other system we were expecting. . Welcome into the council and please take your place. The proceedings will start shortly. |

Loana: (whispers) gee talk about a laspe of security protocol around here that was more easier than I thought, just put on these council robes and these people think you're already members without even doing a background check on us. |

Commander: I told the Computer to provide the records and a facsimile to give to the Rysans should a background check be made on us. |

Storm: Clever, so we look like new council students to them. Well we have managed to sneak unnoticed with these robes and those holo pad signatures. They couldn't tell the difference. Now we will beable to hear what the council is really up to. |

Herc #2: We are now at the council chambers. How wil we tell them about the that Dark matter gun? They will want to see our report. |

Council Representative. The council is ready to hear your report now. we welcome you back Hercs. |

Council Member #1. Greetings, what news have you brought back to us to cause
us to have to convene this meeting? This had better be important. We were in the middle of discussing negogiations with another delegate from one of the nearby systems on trade agreements and property rights. |

Herc #2: It is Counselor. We found out some devastating information that could affect the outcome of this whole entire Quadrant. |

Council Representative: Oh, and what information could that be? |

Herc #2: We found out that there is a deadly weapon that can wipe out a whole quadrant. |

Council Member Saek: 3: Bwhahahhaha, I've never heard anything so amusing. Yeah, right, is this some kind of a joke?, there exists no such weapon in the galaxy that we are aware of. Is that all you came to say? Stop wasting our precious time, the council has got more important matters to worry about than these children's fairy tales from your world.

Council Member Representative: We need to see some proof of this weapon you are talking about before we can seriously consider any of these claims. What kind of weapon is it and why is it such a danger to this whole quadrant? Where is your evidence to the Council that this weapon does exist?

Herc #3 Here. Just check this holo pad sensor readings. We scanned the gun Storm was carrying, and what we discovered was truly shocking. |

Council Member: 1 Oh Very well, I will amuse you, Let me see the holo pad sensor readings results. + Handed Holo pad over to Council |

Council Representative: My God Saek, take a look at this, How on earth did he get this inside the gun, according to this, this weapon puts us all in danger. |

Council Member Saek. What are you talking about?, get what? Why are you so afraid, you look like you have just seen a ghost. Let me take a look at that holo pad. |

Herc #2 We didn't believe it at first, and thought this Teloran was playing with toys. but this Teloran has managed to put a singularity inside his gun to give him unlimited ammo, should anything happen to the gun and the containment is released, we will be all in trouble. An unlimited ammo weapon can cause a lot of trouble.

Council Member Saek: I am truly surprised and shocked that anyone would be so foolish to try to pull off something so crazy as this and put everybody's lives at risk like that. |

Herc #2: We didn't want to accept the truth either but this crazy Toleran has shrunk down a black hole singularity and shoved it inside his gun. That's why its the most dangerous weapon in the galaxy. We must find a way to get rid of it, send it out of the galaxy if necessary, get it far away from our worlds. As long as that Teloran is carrying this
around with him, hes a walking timebomb. |

Council Representative: What do you suggest we do? If we try to arrest him he could destroy the gun and destroy our worlds, we can't use a confrontational approach. We don't want him to go into a panick. |

Herc #3: I would suggest that we just sit back and monitor Storm from now on from a distance and when we get the opportunity to try to remove the gun from him. |
|
Council Representative: We will have to hold an emergency council meeting with all
the other councils in the Quadrant, and also with Central and Alliance Councils to warn everybody of this threat. Should that weapon go off in the Ntis Dark expanse. |

Herc #1: I don't want to even think of the consequences. It would turn the whole quadrant into a dark expanse. This area is all full of dark matter webbing. |

Herc #2: I think Central and also the Alliance council already are aware of this threat. One of their operatives has been monitoring the situation and waiting to try to get the gun away from him. |
|
Council Member #3: We are puzzled as to why Alliance and Central have not called together a meeting of all our councils to inform us also of this threat. |

Herc #2: I guess that Central wants to keep this all quiet. |
|
Council Member #7: Absurd. Such a thing like this cannot be kept quiet. |

Council Member #4: Indeed, this is a great threat to our world and other worlds we need to warn their councils and find a way to elimiate it so our world can be once more safe again. I do not feel comfortable knowing that this weapon is running all loose around in the galaxy by some madman. |

Loana: Well Storm you are sure getting popular in the galaxy. |

Storm: (Shhss) Enough Loana, this is serious. Stop calling me by my real name, we're supposed to be students of the council, I'm Ciran remember. Ciran, we don't want the other Council members here to know who I really am. Don't blow our cover. |

Herc #3: I agree. We must find a way to get the weapon away from him. |

Council Representative: This is a grave threat to all of us, Do what you must do to try to get the weapon off him. We can't have him running all loose around with it, its just too much of a risk to take should anything go wrong with it. |

Commander in disguise: Damm, well the cat is all out of the bag now, the Rysan council know all about your weapon, and that may not be good for us if they plan to use force to remove the weapon from us. |

Loana: You mean we could be targets? |
|
Commander: I doubt they will shoot at us, because as long as we have the weapon, it would be too risky while we have the weapon, so the weapon will be our protection at the moment, the bounty hunters of Rysan will dare not try to target us if we keep the weapon with us. |

Storm: Then we will have to keep our guard up in case they do try something and send bounty hunters after us. |
|
Council Member #5: We should send some operatives to keep an eye on the situation. |
|
Council Member #6: Agreed, that is what we shall do. |
|
Herc #2: We should do something more than just watch them carying around this illegal weapon. |
|
Council Member Representative: This matter is longer in your hands but is in the council's.
We will notify all other worlds of our decision shortly. You are free to go. Thank you for bringing this important matter to our attention. We will take the appropirate action. |

Herc #3: This is absurd. the Council never does anything but just talk and talk
about taking action. These people are are a threat to our world, and many other worlds in our quadrant, we must do something to remove that weapon or take some action againt Commander Axel and his crew. we must get that gun away from them. |

Council Member #3: We have already taken action. We will be monitoring
Commander Axel and his crew from this time on. We will send an operative on board to join with him and his crew to monitor the situation. We won't take action against Axel at this time. |
|
Commander Axel: Well at least we know to expect a new crew member, we should just play along and welcome this new member even though we know the council sent them to be part of the ship's roster. It was a good idea to sneak into the council's chambers to learn of their plan. |

Loana: Well it's good to know that they are not going to take any hostile action against us but are just going to sneak an operative on board the ship. |

Commander: Then we will just have to watch their operative while their operative is watching us |

Storm: Oh, now this is starting to get a little confusing. |
|
Loana: Don't bother Storm, its too complicated for you to work out the strange paradox of this situation. This does change things a little bit. We still have to make sure nothing happens to that gun so we're still in danger. |

Storm: Stop calling me Storm Dammit, Lower your voice more or they will hear you. I've taken good care of it so far, I can be trusted. The gun won't fail, its containment is holding steady, its designed for long life. The only way it can fail is if the gun itself gets damaged but I won't let that happen. |

Loana: That's what we're afraid of, that's why we don't want any damage to come to that gun. If I had my way I would find a way to either neautralize it, or send it out of this Quadrant somewhere. ....Back at the council |

Herc #3: This is outrageous. The council just sits back and watches? I won't accept this coming from the council. You are foolish. Something must be done about it now. |

Council Representative: If you won't accept our decision in this matter then you have no more place here on this council. |

Herc #3: Are you threatening to evict me from the council? |

Council Representative: If you don't accept our decision, then yes, your place with the
council will be in jeopardy if you persist against our wishes in this matter. You must allow us to carry out our decision and agree not to interfere. You can observe, not take any action or try to use any force. |

Herc #2: This is outrageous. While this pathetic Council just tells us to sit back and watch and do nothing, sooner or later that gun is going to have something bad happen to it and then when it destroys a system only then is the council willing to decide to do something after we lose a planet?

Council #1: It is the council's decision to not take any action until we find out more information on the matter. We need more information before we can think of taking any further action. Please try to understand our difficult position in this matter for the sake of all our worlds in this Quadrant. We will inform the other councils of this danger.
