+ You head deeper into the South East side of the swamp area
+ You come across an Orange Swampgnat
Nosey Nella Parkas: Oh gee this area is getting more spookier and spookier the further in we go. Are you sure the rest of the Gribbywocks are all hiding out in this part of the swamp?. We might run into a nasty monster. Even the Minimap is not showing where they are. BOO HOOO this game is so mean. BOO HOO HOO.
|
Loana: Come oh, Get a grip Nella, you're embarrassing the rest of the party members. We have to remain positive and optimistic that we will locate the rest of the Gribbywocks without the need of a Minimap to assist us. That minimap is an eyesore anyway. + If you already lost the mini map on Noobus but retrieved it from the bugs |
Commander: I remember the bugs of Noobus taking away the minimap and we had to go out to the desert just to retrieve it back off that bug who stole it from us. Let's not go all through that again. We were lucky to get it back. I don't like bugs coming in and stealing away the inventory window or the mini map. + If you not had the minimap stolen by the bugs Commander: I hate that in RPG's but sometimes RPG's don't show things on the minimap. And we just have to search the old fashioned way by hand. Which can in a place like this could take a couple of hours. |
Storm: This is a time wasting game, Admit it. We've been had at the Pawn Actor Committee. It's just lazy sloppy coding. The programmer didn't want to code in all the map markers for the mini map so he left them out. That's why we can't see the Gribbywock markets on the map and have to use this holo scanner instead just to try to detect them.
|
William Smith: Now let's grab it. + The party group go to grab the Gribbywock when suddenly a Giant Plant with Tentacles pops up out of the ground from before them and knocks all the party members all off their feet. William Smith: Uh oh, I think we just ran into some trouble. Look at that. 10000 HP according to the holo scan. |
Commander: No plant is going to stop us from catching that Gribbywock. + From now on Each time Nella swings her camera at an enemy and makes a hit her usage meter will go up, when it reaches full, the camera will level up and be a little more tougher. Commander: And to think we had to come all the way to Blackhell so her camera can be able to upgrade. Rex has an idea how to catch the Gribbywock (talk to Rex) Fight Plant Flee |
Skynar: Attention Commander, while you got your hands full of that strange alien plant you're about to fight down there. The Besians have now made a turn and are coming more closer to Kothari. If you manage to take down this thing don't ask me to take any samples of the plant to the doctor. She has enough samples of bad plants on the ship already. its wildlife, there's no more I need to know about it from what the ship computer's database has to say about it. Just its an noxious weed that grows in Kothari. You just happened to hit a bad rnd number as you entered into the area and that's why it has suddenly popped up.
|
Computer: it should be. As long as you get on the right side of the RND that is.
Scanning... Warning they have a bad RND generator. Looks like you're on the wrong side. Oh dear. That just increases their chances of visiting the planet. The Geogravmetric shield on this planet that you was curious about that you call a mysterious energy field. Well it will according to my calculations play havoc with the crystals. The Geogravmetric waves being generated by the shield are not used to the foul properties of Besian Crystals and could destabalize the balance of the gravity in the current area. |
Cronis: Oh looks like we got our work cut out for us Herc. We got bad parrots. Runaway Gribbywocks to Catch and to top that off, the Besians are coming in with a huge shipment of Stinky Crystals to threaten to total the whole planet in just a couple of hours. Gee I can't remember when things have been this exciting. |
Skynar: Skynar here, Commander, I don't think that will be the threat. The threat will be the destabilization of the planet's gravity field. That's the worry. I just hope the Besians don't land. that's all. I can't make any promises. In the meantime, it looks like you got your hands full Commander with that pesky plant. You won't have to worry about this until another two more hours if they land here. But they are closing in gradually. I will keep you posted on
their time of arrival with periodic reporters if that makes you feel any better.. |
Commander: That will do nicely, yes keep my updated. + Normal Dialog if not thrown the Besian Crystals yet into Red Giant star Commander: Ouch, now back off plant... Excuse me. Computer Are you trying to make me feel worse or better. What's a Geogravmetric shield?. I have never even heard of such a thing. Mind you I have not checked the ship database for all the info under energy shields. Ouch... Wait one moment while I hit back this annoying plant. Argghh. + Commander receives 100 damage from the plant |
Computer: You have now. Oh, it seems I do have a terminal where you can access the information on Geogravmetric Field Technology, but as you would know it
being all busy with my calculations of scanning this area, I forgot to activate it. Silly me you will find it down in the terminal science bay area Its active now. It's all up to the RND Universe. Nasty little game isn't this. Oh well, I will leave you to conduct your business with the wildlife of the planet. |
Computer: You will know in the next couple of hours whether a ship will appear out of the sky to land on this planet or not. IF they land with the 6000 crystals, the planet has got an hour to get rid of the crystals before it destabilizes. So if you see any Wildlife or Kothari or other objects starting to lose footing and floating around, you will know why. You might have to shut down the Geogravmetric Field at the City Energy Source. That might be the only way to stop it if the Besians are not persuaded to leave.
|
Computer: The Besians haven't landed down on the planet yet, but when they do, the countdown will begin. You must convince the Besians that if they land on the planet with their precious cargo they will destabilize the planet's gravity, then you will need to
either convince them to leave the planet or try to shut down the Gravemetric Energy Field surrounding the city in the middle of the swamps which means, more battling through the wildlife just to get to it As because of the Geometric field you cannot fly a ship through it. Sorry. You're outta luck. |
Commander: Oh wonderful, see you later when I get back on the ship. If I even survive out here. + Screen shatters, its a boss fight. Head towards Caves on Far Side Fight Plant |
