Ror Pilot #6: Certainly. Its an area with purple swirling mists. You need good sensors to see where you are going. My data pad tells me that your current sensors are not strong enough to penetrate through the mists. So you will be going in their blind. I do suggest you stop your ship off at Space City Docks and head towards the shipping parts area to upgrade your sensors. Its not safe venturing into the purple veils without having good clear sensors.
|
Ror Pilot #5: Hmmm, there's an unusual energy signature coming from somewhere in your ship near the bridge area. Like some kind of forcefield. We don't know what it is, but its within our accepted limits. So i guess there's no cause for alarm. We will continue to monitor that energy signature to see if there are any changes just to on the safe side.
|
Ror Pilot #6: Yes the purple veils are tricky, its a bit like the hall of mirrors. There are a couple of systems hidden in the veils if you are lucky to find them on your scanners. There are also raider party groups hidden in some parts of the veils as well, its a tricky area. But we need to get rid of those 15 raiders that are lurking around it so we can open our trade route to the systems that are inside there.

Ror Blue Pilot: Industrial Waste, and Raw Sewage. I dropped it in one of the pools, so
its possible the currents have dragged the artifact to the machine all the way down at the other end near the crusher blocks. Fortunately the artifact is made of very robust material so it might survive the pounding after all this time. If you can get that artifact back for me I will give you 10000 credits as a token of my appreciation. I'm sure you understand the urgency of this situation. |
Ror Blue Pilot: Because I didn't find the maintenance droid, I came back out here, Oh one more thing. The sewage in the vats is deadly to skin, it will dissolve within minutes. You need to go down to the pumping station into the hallway you will find the special suits that will protect you as you go into the area. |
Commander: There's always a catch with something. Ok we will put on the special suits for protection and see if we can get back your little artifact for your client. Game Choices Accept quest to retrieve the artifact from the pumping station. No way am i putting on that Ridiculous-Looking Suit (script below 1st Div) Forget it I got more important things to do. |
Ror Blue Pilot: What? you can't say that. That's not in my script. You're supposed
to say, yes, I'll be happy to help, and then you get your 10,000 credits after you bring me back the artifact and risk your lives in doing it.. And then my client is happy, I get to keep my job, I don't want to go in there to face hordes of Vat creatures. I was lucky to get out of there alive. |
+ If you agree to help and accept the quest
Ror Blue Pilot: Great, well make your way down to Dock O then. Its just outside the space city. Good luck to you. 10,000 credits is waiting here for you if you are successful. If you're not successful I'm sure the Vat creatures (shrups) will make quick lunch out of you and your friends. |
