Skinar: With these weak scanners you haven't yet upgraded Commander, hardly. We can see a limited distance ahead, so with a stroke of luck we might find the jumphole after some searching, but I can't guarantee there will be no bandits hiding in the clouds or if there are hidden gas pockets that could damage the ship if we run into too many of them.
|
Loana: I'll give you persistence in your efforts Commander, but wouldn't be so much easier to just upgrade the scanners first and this will solve half our troubles of trying to find it. We can come back when the scanners are properly upgraded.
Take Loana's advice and upgrade the scanners then return back Ignore her advice and just enter into the nebula (script below) Upgrade the shielding and scanners then return back Ignore the computer's warning and enter back again into the nebula Leave the area |
Loana: You're unbelievable. If we go in there we might not find our way back out. Go Forward Exit the Nebula Go Up (script below) Go Down + The ship moves up in the nebula. Thick clouds are surrounding the area. Up Again (script below) Go forward Exit the Nebula Something is bothering Rex (again) + The ship moves through the thick clouds. Go forward Go up Go down Go back + The ship moves through the thicker clouds. |
Skynar: Commander, we run into more gas pockets again. And this time, these ones are emitting some kind of radiation. Shields are holding at the moment. Go further into the radioactive area (script below) Go back Go down Skynar: Commander, according to our scans of the area which are somewhat limited. Sensors are detecting that the cloud radiation levels are increasing the further we go in. |
Array 1 of 4
1. Commander, That must've been a gas pocket that just exploded nearby, this area might be full of volatile gas pockets. We need to reverse. 2. That was another gas pocket we hit. I'm sure of it, I recognize the blast. 3. We need to get out of this area before the ship gets too badly damaged. 4. Let's leave Commander. Reverse Go Up Full steam Ahead (script below) + The Commander ignores Skinar's warning and bangs into another Volatile Gas Pocket. + The Ship moves through the clouds, the Radiation level begins to drop |
- If you have already talked to The Choz Moon Mining Control Officer in the Telos System
Storm: Now let's see what happened to the Firemine supply. Jumpgate to Orevangardi System Go down |
Skinar: Its not my fault Storm. The Commander was insistent that we go through into this area even though the scanners have not yet been upgraded to beable to DETECT what is hidden in this area. All this to look for some mysterious alien jumpgate, which we have no clue on where it is located in this Nebula, All i see is tons of thick yellow clouds. I can only plot a course back out of the nebula the same way we came.
