Commander: Jacobs, just do as he says. Everything is fine here. We are currently down near the surface of the star just having a chat about energy cubes as they mine raw energy from the star's surface to fuel their space station and supply other ships and stations with them from the Tsala Homeworld I was wondering if our ship is compatible with these energy cubes so we can use them to save energy costs.

Commander Telskan: Hmm it seems you need a crystal converter. You have two options, You can buy the converter crystal from us as we have several in stock for spares for 2 million credits each, or you can go to the Tsala Homeworld in the Dark Swamps to get the crystal in its raw form from the Ragsoue Monsters in the swamplands. They may be a handful as they are about 5 million HP each. It wasn't easy us getting the crystal from them and then
we had to spend several years re-calibrating the crystals to fine tune them so we could use it on board our station. It was quite a complicated process. |
Jacobs: Ok will that extra 10% to weapon systems or other systems pose any danger to overloading the ship. The last thing I want to to test some new fangle crystal converter contraption and to have it over load the warp containment field and burn out every power relay on the ship and put the ship at risk of a core Meltdown.
|
Jacobs: The only thing I can think of is the computer Core on level 2 in the control room. That has a containment field. You will have to flush out some plasma from level 1 to get to it. The ship was kinna built backwards. The Control Room should've been placed first, not after the plasma stream area. Oh well, Maybe they will get the design right in the next version that they build.. Fortunately I know the code to flush out level 1.
|
Jacobs: You will need to come with me Commander to do that, as I need your access code to get into the core control room containment field unit. I don't have that on me. Its needs your voice to unlock it. As usual it will activate the doomsday timer countdown when flushing the plasma. So we have to move through the area quickly. but Its only one area so that shouldn't be too much trouble.
|
Commander Telskan: Ok I think we have spent long enough here, time to return. Scanners here are showing the star plasma clouds are starting to become more volatile. The readings are changing. That means a storm is brewing and will arrive here within minutes so its time now to leave. Its not safe to remain here this close to the star during a plasma storm.
When we get back just Follow me to the Station Cargo Area 16 and I will get you your crystal converter. We store the converters and the crystals in Cargo Area 16. |
Jacobs: Ok I'm now making my way over to that area now. I think I would feel more comfortable bringing Storm and Skynar with us. Skynar might be able to give us some insight into the ship flight controls systems for this converter. As I am not sure if we can cloak the ship while the converter is running.
