Barum Sleeping Inhabitant: No, the machine lays somewhere out in the bug-ridden desert.
We know not the exact location but that its out in the desert somewhere near some ruins. But the switch is near the pointed finger idol at the pile of barrels that controls morning. Once Morning is fixed then we will have the sun to rise once more again. |
Barum Sleeping Inhabitant: Erm... Yes Morning and night will be speeding across the sky along with the changing broken weather patterns of Ooskla for the main machine is broken and needs re-calibrating. But you have to locate the machine. We have not been successful in getting to the machine because of all the wildlife that is in the desert.

Storm: Super-droids. Uh oh. It looks like we need to find a way to shut them down or to disable them permanently. Let's hope its not a couple of C5 droids, those are really tough to try to take out. i can't use my dark matter weapon on those guys because they have a special matrix system inside them which is extremely volatile and unstable to any contact with any anti-matter.

Barum Sleeping Inhabitant: Yawn, well good luck to you, I'm going back to sleep now. You can find the Idol further along in this area. You have to travel a fair way as its right in the middle of Nowhere town. watch out for bands of sudden changing abnormal weather patterns that surround the idol area. These bands are more extreme and they turn on and off. There are about 10 of them to get through. Its a little tricky the timing trying to get through them. And those bands will do damage to your party so you need to stock up before going on because you will need it.
|
Barum Sleeping Inhabitant: You're likely to get knocked all out the first time you go in because of those ferocious winds that's in the 1st band as the machine is broken and that's why the bands are there so here's a Life Insurgence for you. So you can restore all your party once you pass through the 1st band. Because the whole entire party will be knocked out.
|
Barum Sleeping Inhabitant: That is not your only trouble. There is low gravity also in the area
in places, but where the switch it, its right at the top of the idol statute, you will need some way of accessing it. As you cannot just jump or climb up there. There's no footholds. That's the only area that's all calm and not affected by the hands. But you need a way to echo. get up there. A rope won't do it either as the statute is 200 feet high. |
Storm: Whoa, what a sight. There it is. Whoa. How are we going to get way up there. + You need to have the gravity boots to complete this area. They are not on this planet. You will have go to the Orion System Facility Labs to find the boots. It is in the Telos on the third moon. + Note This hint has now cost you 500 credits. Cheeky Game Developer. + You lose 500 credits. + Just then the bands activate as they try to get nearer to the statute. |
Herc Commander: Now that is weird. Here's the 1st ban. We have to step into it. Area of Bans System Lists |
